I will write a review when I receive a credit of $150.00 that I am eligible for. I received a Visa bill charging me for this item. I received an email stating my equipment is no longer compatible & should replace today & that Motorola is providing a replacement device to customers who purchased equipment with this manufacture issue. My previous equipment is Model MG7315, CM MAC: 004036524D78.

MG7550 Review

This was easy to setup by using ethernet cable and computer browser. Works well but had to call Comcast to have it activated on their network. They needed to remove my old netgear and replace the config with new motorola. It took about 20 minutes on phone with Comcast before my internet and wifi tvs worked.

Xfinity Support

While I had no problem connecting the new modem, Xfinity Support was terrible. What should have taken a minute to activate the new unit I was on the phone with Xfinity for over 30 minutes with no resolution.

Great stuff

I liked it and it works great

Gail T.

I hooked up the modem which was easy. The only problem I had was the activation. I couldn't get it to work with my chrombook. It took me a couple tries with my cell phone. It took about a hour, but I finally found the right app and activated the modem in seconds
