Where can I ship my order on MotorolaNetwork.com?

We ship to virtually any residential or business address within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). We do not ship to PO boxes or Military (APO/FPO) boxes. All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground Shipping. 

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will arrive 4-7 business days after being processed via Standard FedEx Ground Shipping (5-7 days to Alaska & Hawaii). Shipping days are Monday through Friday and include processing times. All orders received before 12 P.M. EST will be processed same-day; any orders placed after 12 P.M. EST will be shipped the following day 

It takes our facility up to two days to process your order. During large promotional events and holidays, more time may be required to validate and ship your order, causing a delay.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

MotorolaNetwork.com offers free Standard FedEx Ground Shipping on orders of $99.00 or more to any residential address within the United States.* Any order under $99.00 will be charged a $9.99 shipping fee. 

*There is a cost increase associated with business shipments. Expedited shipping is available upon request, but is subject to additional fees based on location. Please contact us at shop@motorolanetwork.com for more information.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order is processed and ready to ship. You may get more than one tracking number if your order contains more than one item. 

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item on MotorolaNetwork.com?

If you are unhappy with your product from MotorolaNetwork.com, you may return any unopened or mostly new item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at shop@motorolanetwork.com with your order number and a description of the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with further instructions. 

Things to Note : 

  • All returns will be handled via FedEx Ground Shipping.  
  • Refunds will be returned as credit to your account.
  • If you did not purchase your merchandise from MotorolaNetwork.com, we cannot process your return—please get in touch with the seller for return information. 
  • If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, we shipped to the wrong address, etc.), we will cover the cost of shipping.  
  • We will need the following information to create the RMA
  • You can only return a defective item for refund within 30 days of delivery, past 30 days you can only return for store credit or exchange the unit.

Any unauthorized returns will be denied and responsible for obtaining return shipping back.


How long will my return take?

Expect to receive your refund within 14-28 days after shipping a return. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. This time variant will be dependent on the following: 

  • The return shipment to us (~ 3 to 10 business days) 
  • Processing your return (~ 5 to 10 business days) 
  • Processing your refund request into your bank account (this is dependent on the bank and individual account status).   
  • Additional shipping time may be required during large promotional events or holidays. 

How can I place a return order on motorolanetwork.com?

  1. Reach out to us at shop@motorolanetwork.com to begin processing your return.  
  2. Package your return in the original box if possible, or a well-padded box to prevent damage during shipment.  
  3. Place the Prepaid Return Label included in your package on the box. If you cannot find your prepaid label, please contact us at shop@motorolanetwork.com for a new label.
  4. Drop off your package at a FedEx location.
